การเปลี่ยนแปลง

Privacy policy (English)

hagame at hagame.gg is run by Yore Into Future, an individual in Thailand, who is the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Contact: [email protected]. We collect only what we need to run the service, use Google's statistics tool only if you accept it, and never sell your data.

What we collect

How we use it and legal bases

To sign you in and run features, review submitted games and confirm ownership, contact developers, hide age-inappropriate games, prevent cheating, spam and attacks, handle complaints and takedowns, keep proof of terms acceptance and protect our legal rights, see which games people like, improve the site, and show each developer the counts for their own game. Legal bases: performing our service contract, legitimate interests in site safety and protecting our rights, legal obligations, and your consent for optional data (such as extra contact channels and Google Analytics); our own count-only statistics rely on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.

Who sees it

The public sees approved game details and the developer's team name only. Our admins see developer details to review games and reply, and site-wide statistics. Developers see only the totals for their own games (numbers, nothing per person). Our providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database, email forwarding), Resend (code emails), Google Fonts (font files; your browser sends your IP to Google when loading them), Google and Discord (only if you sign in with them), Google Analytics (statistics, only if you accept and only on hagame.gg), and Roblox (we fetch public game data from Roblox and send none of yours). Authorities when the law requires. In takedowns we may forward a copy of the notice to the other party with private contacts hidden. No selling, no advertising cookies, Google advertising uses switched off, no data for advertisers. If we turn on Google signals, Google may use data from Google accounts you are signed in to so we can see aggregated age and gender only; we never see individuals.

International transfers

These providers run servers in several countries, such as the United States, so your data may be stored or processed outside Thailand. We use providers with data protection commitments in their contracts and send only what the service needs. Data that reaches Google is also covered by Google's privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies (always on): your sign-in session (30 days) and a short-lived one during sign-in; page scripts can't read them. Analytics cookies (optional): Google Analytics cookies (e.g. _ga, lasting up to about 2 years), used only on hagame.gg and only after you press "Accept" in the cookie bar at the bottom of the screen; nothing from Google loads for statistics before that, and advertising cookies always stay off. Local storage: your choices, including your cookie choice, stay in your browser and are not sent to us. Change your mind any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; if you decline we stop sending data to Google at once, and you can delete existing cookies in your browser settings. Declining never stops you using the site.

Children

Anyone can browse, and parents can lock the age mode with a PIN. Children under 10 need a parent to create the account and consent for them; under 13 should have a parent create the account and set the birth year; developers must be 13 or older. Users under 20 need a parent's consent before creating an account or giving contact details, and a parent should make the cookie choice. Parents can ask us to see or delete their child's data.

How long we keep it

Account and game data until you ask us to delete the account; email codes 10 minutes; hashed-IP abuse data up to 30 days; safety logs up to 1 year; Google Analytics data up to 14 months as set in Google Analytics; our own count-only statistics hold no personal data and may be kept; terms acceptance records and evidence of serious rule breaks or takedown requests for the life of the account and up to 1 year after closing, to establish or defend legal claims.

Security

Encrypted connections, hashed codes, limited staff access, and two-step sign-in for admins and available to developers. If a breach puts you at risk we will notify the PDPC and you as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, copy, port, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time (for analytics cookies, use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; withdrawal does not affect what was done before), and you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy". We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.

Changes

For material changes we will change the version number and announce it on the site before it takes effect. If we start paid services, we will add details about payment data here before selling.
