ข้อมูลเกมบน hagame ส่งเข้ามาโดยผู้พัฒนา ถ้าคุณเห็นว่าเกม รูป หรือข้อความบนเว็บละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือสิทธิของคุณ หรือมีคนเอาเกมของคุณมาฝากโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต แจ้งเราได้ตามขั้นตอนนี้
ใครแจ้งได้
เจ้าของสิทธิ หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบอำนาจจากเจ้าของสิทธิ ถ้าเป็นเรื่องเนื้อหาผิดกฎทั่วไป (หลอกลวง ไม่เหมาะกับเด็ก) ใครก็กดปุ่มรายงานในหน้าเกมได้เลย
ส่งอะไรมา
ส่งอีเมลถึง [email protected] หัวข้อ “แจ้งลบ” พร้อม
- ชื่อและช่องทางติดต่อของคุณ (ถ้าแจ้งแทนคนอื่น แนบหลักฐานการมอบอำนาจ)
- ลิงก์หน้า hagame ที่มีปัญหา
- สิ่งที่เป็นของคุณ และหลักฐาน เช่น ลิงก์เกมต้นฉบับ ชื่อกลุ่มหรือบัญชีโรบล็อกซ์ที่เป็นเจ้าของ ไฟล์งานต้นฉบับ
- สิ่งที่ต้องการให้เราทำ (ลบเกม ลบรูป แก้ข้อความ)
- ข้อความยืนยันว่า “ข้อมูลนี้เป็นความจริง และฉันเป็นเจ้าของสิทธิหรือได้รับมอบอำนาจ” และพิมพ์ชื่อเต็มของคุณ
เราทำอะไรต่อ
- ตรวจคำขอ โดยทั่วไปภายใน ๓ วันทำการ ถ้าข้อมูลไม่ครบจะขอเพิ่ม
- ถ้าคำขอมีน้ำหนัก เราจะซ่อนเนื้อหานั้นก่อนระหว่างตรวจ และแจ้งผู้ที่ฝากเกม
- ผู้ที่ฝากเกมโต้แย้งได้ภายใน ๑๔ วัน พร้อมหลักฐานสิทธิ เราอาจส่งข้อมูลโต้แย้งให้ผู้แจ้ง และอาจคืนเนื้อหาถ้าผู้แจ้งไม่ดำเนินการทางกฎหมายภายในเวลาที่เรากำหนด
- ผู้ที่ถูกแจ้งซ้ำหลายครั้งและพบว่าผิดจริง จะถูกปิดบัญชี
เราไม่ใช่ศาลและไม่ตัดสินว่าใครเป็นเจ้าของสิทธิ เราตัดสินใจเรื่องการแสดงเนื้อหาบน hagame เท่านั้น ข้อพิพาทเรื่องสิทธิให้ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงกันเองหรือใช้กระบวนการทางกฎหมาย ถ้าเกมนั้นอยู่บนโรบล็อกซ์ด้วย คุณควรแจ้งโรบล็อกซ์ด้วย เพราะเราลบได้เฉพาะสิ่งที่อยู่บน hagame
ข้อควรระวัง
การแจ้งเท็จหรือแจ้งโดยไม่สุจริต อาจทำให้ผู้แจ้งต้องรับผิดตามกฎหมาย เราอาจส่งสำเนาคำแจ้ง (โดยปิดข้อมูลติดต่อส่วนตัว) ให้ผู้ที่ฝากเกม เราจัดการคำขอตามพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ และกฎหมายไทยอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง และร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตามคำสั่งที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย

Game details on hagame are submitted by developers. If you believe a game, image or text on the site infringes your copyright or other rights, or someone listed your game without permission, tell us as follows.
Who can report
The rights holder or someone authorised by them. For general rule breaks (scams, unsuitable for children) anyone can use the report button on the game page.
What to send
Email [email protected] with the subject "Takedown" and include: (1) your name and contact details, plus proof of authority if reporting for someone else; (2) the hagame page link; (3) what is yours and proof, such as the original game link, the owning Roblox group or account, or original files; (4) what you want us to do; (5) the statement "This information is true and I am the rights holder or authorised to act for them", with your full typed name.
What we do
We review requests, usually within 3 business days, and ask for missing details. If a request is credible we hide the content while reviewing and inform the person who listed it. They may object within 14 days with proof of rights; we may pass the objection to you and may restore the content if you do not take legal action within the time we set. Repeat infringers are closed. We are not a court and do not decide who owns rights; we only decide what is shown on hagame. If the game is also on Roblox, report it to Roblox too, because we can only remove what is on hagame.
Please note
False or bad-faith reports may make the sender legally liable. We may forward a copy of the notice (with private contact details hidden) to the person who listed the content. We handle requests under the Thai Copyright Act, the Computer Crime Act and other applicable Thai law, and cooperate with lawful orders from the authorities.
