hagame (หาเกม) ที่ hagame.gg ดำเนินงานโดยทีม Yore Into Future (บุคคลธรรมดา ประเทศไทย) ต่อไปเรียกว่า “เรา” กฎนี้เป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณกับเรา ใช้คู่กับ กฎเนื้อหา, ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด และ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

ช่อง “สปอตไลต์” และ “จากทีมผู้สร้างเว็บ” เป็นช่องที่ทีมงานเลือก มีป้ายบอกชัดเจน ลำดับการแสดงเกมอื่นมาจากระบบและดุลยพินิจของเรา ไม่มีใครมีสิทธิได้ตำแหน่งใดเป็นการเฉพาะ ถ้าในอนาคตมีช่องที่เสียเงิน จะติดป้ายว่าเป็นช่องสนับสนุนหรือโฆษณาเสมอ เกมในช่องนั้นต้องผ่านการตรวจเหมือนเกมอื่น และใช้ข้อกำหนดผู้สนับสนุนแยกต่างหาก

Terms of use (English)

hagame at hagame.gg is run by Yore Into Future, an individual in Thailand ("we"). These terms are an agreement between you and us and work together with the Content rules, the Disclaimer and the Privacy policy.

1. Acceptance

By using the site, or by pressing "I have read and agree" when signing in, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are under 20, a parent or guardian must read and agree before you use an account.

2. What hagame is and is not

hagame is an intermediary listing platform: developers submit Roblox game details to promote them and players discover games. We show names, images, descriptions and links that open on Roblox. Every game belongs to its developer; we do not own, make, operate or control any game, and developers can change their games at any time without our knowledge. Gameplay, in-game purchases, Robux and refunds happen on Roblox between you, the developer and Roblox Corporation. We do not sell Robux, items or accounts and are not a party to those transactions. hagame is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Roblox Corporation.

3. Accounts

Sign in with Google, Discord or an email code, subject to that provider's terms. One person, one account, true details; you are responsible for activity on your account. We will never ask for your password, codes or cookies. Anyone may browse; children under 13 should have a parent create the account and set the birth year; developers must be 13 or older; any future paid service requires age 20+ or purchase by a parent.

4. Rules for everyone

Follow the Content rules and Roblox's rules. No spam, fake likes or favourites, bots, multiple accounts for advantage, or false reports. No hacking, unauthorised security testing, request flooding, bulk scraping or disrupting the service (report vulnerabilities to us instead). Do not impersonate staff or other developers or imply endorsement by us or Roblox.

5. Developers

When you submit or edit a game you confirm that you own it or are on the team that holds the rights to it and to everything you send; that the details, age label and genres are true and kept up to date; and that the game and your content do not infringe anyone's rights, Thai law or Roblox's rules. You alone are responsible for your game, including its content, in-game sales, player care and contact with players. You keep ownership and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, resize, crop, machine-translate and publish your game details on hagame and its social channels to promote your game and the site. The licence ends when the game is removed, except for temporary backups and posts already published. Your contact details are used only by our staff to reach you and are never shown publicly.

6. Review and removal

Every game is reviewed before listing. We have no obligation to list any game and may ask for changes, decline, hide, reorder or remove listings at our discretion; we usually explain why, but may hide first where players could be at risk. Approval is not an endorsement; we only review what we can see at the time. We are not liable for declining, hiding or removing a listing. Verified developers can edit on their own but remain under these terms and we can undo edits. Rights holders can use the takedown process.

7. Picks and sponsored slots

"Spotlight" and "From the team" are labelled staff picks. Other ordering comes from our systems and judgement; nobody is entitled to a position. Any future paid slot will always be labelled as sponsored or an ad, reviewed like every other game, and governed by separate sponsor terms.

8. Outside information

Player counts, visits, likes and some images come from Roblox and may lag, be wrong or disappear. Machine translations may be inaccurate; the developer's original text prevails. Links to other sites and services are outside our control and governed by their owners' terms.

9. Our property

The hagame and หาเกม names, logo, site design and code are ours. Do not copy the site or use our name or logo to imply endorsement without written permission (developers may say their game is "on hagame").

10. No warranty

The site and all information are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that the site will be available, error-free or free of harmful code, or that any game, link, detail or age label is accurate, safe or suitable for you. See the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, lost profits, data, Robux, items or accounts, or loss caused by games, developers, other users, Roblox or third-party services. Our total liability to you for any reason is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event or 1,000 Thai baht. This does not limit liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and defend us against claims, actions and losses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your game, details or content, or from your breach of these terms or the law.

13. Suspension and closing

If you break the rules we may warn you, hide your games, limit features, suspend or close your account; serious cases such as scams, malware or illegal content may be closed immediately and reported to the authorities. You can ask us to close your account at any time at [email protected]. Sections 5 (for content already published), 10, 11, 12 and 15 survive closing.

14. Changes

We may add, change or stop features or the whole site, with reasonable notice where possible. For material changes to these terms we will change the version number, announce it on the site and ask you to accept again when you sign in; if you do not accept, you may stop using your account.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Thai law and disputes go to the Thai courts. Please contact us and try to resolve the issue for at least 30 days before starting a claim. If any part is unenforceable the rest still applies; not enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights and duties under these terms to a company we set up or to a successor operator of the site, with notice on the site.
